Using GUST

• GUST is an information and discovery platform. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business.
• You must be old enough to hold an account under applicable law in your country.
• You are responsible for the content you submit, including reviews, reports and business information.

Listings and green practices

• Green practices shown on a listing are provided and managed by the business, and are not checked, scored or certified by GUST.
• Organic discovery placement is never for sale.
• Paid placements are always labelled as Sponsored or Featured.
• We may change or remove a listing or any information on it where that information proves inaccurate.

Business accounts

• You may only claim a business you are authorised to represent.
• Evidence you submit must be accurate and yours to share.
• Misrepresentation may result in removal of the listing and the account.

Community content

Reviews and reports are moderated. We may remove content that is abusive, false, commercial spam or unlawful.

Liability

GUST is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. Specific liability, governing law and dispute resolution clauses must be finalised with legal counsel before launch.
